I managed to get one of thr cheaper rooms for the night and it was super nice and comfortable and made me feel luxurious. Staff was nice an accommodating but with some small nitpicks

Not a fan of buffet breakfasts but the selection on offer was lovely. Bed was the most comfortable i have had anywhere before. . . Staff were fabulous

Front desk staff was so friendly and welcoming and the room was ready early so he let me go straight up rather than leaving my bags to come back later to check in

Only previous stays I have had view of the southern Cross Station and view of city but this is the first time I only saw the wall of the other side of hotel. Bit boring

I left an expensive face cream in my bathroom and the staff put it in a bag in Lost and Found. When I came back to Melbourne a week later I was able to pick it up. Very thankful to the cleaning staff and front desk. Location was perfect for the Southern Cross station. Breakfast was good Bed was comfortable

After hours check in was easy and friendly with 24 hour service. The classic look and feel gives a sense of something special. Awesome location for walking and accessing the public transport choices. On the short list to return.
