We stayed at the old Lyall many times when working in Melbourne. It is a great location. The renovations we liked , the room was very comfortable.

Everything about The Lyall was as advertised. The perfect getaway hotel. It was luxurious, calm, sophisticated and staffed by caring, helpful and knowledgeable people. The decor in the common areas is sumptuous, as are the rooms with the best bathroom design I have experienced in an hotel. Great cafe/bar and delicious home made pastries for breakfast. Thankyou for a delightful, relaxing stay.
