Great location. Spacious unit with almost everything you need (plunger or pod coffee would be great). Made for a slow wake up! Nice cafe beside. Bed comfortable and room was quiet.

Friendly and attentive staff. Reception is 24/7. Rooms are modern and clean. Location is great if you have a car (secure parking below for a reasonable fee) and have public transport around the corner to reach the city.

Well presented, exterior, in a quiet location, parking next door at a reasonable price. The hotel is presented well, the common areas very clean. The room itself was very nice, beds comfortable good blockout curtains. It was a twin room with 2 queen beds, I liked that the bathroom was between the beds. It made it a bit more private for sleeping.

We had an exceptionally generously sized studio room, with a nicely equipped little kitchenette, a dining table and even a small balcony. Given the size and overall quality of the room, we feel the price we paid was really good value by Melbourne standards. The staff we dealt with were friendly and professional and did their very best to accommodate our various requests. Having a highly rated Italian restaurant in the same building was another plus for us, along with the very easy access to the Melbourne cbd either by tram or just walking.

Location was great for F1 and Supercars Event. Short walk to Gate 5 and T6 Stand. Great views over the Lake and F1 circuit and trams only a few minutes walk. Very comfortable bed and pillows.
