For all after-hours check-in (arriving later than 18:00), Property will send through Pre Check-in steps to Guests for completion. It is mandatory for the Pre Check-in to be completed prior to 18:00.Guest is required to notify the Property of a late check-in at least 24 hours prior to arrival. If the booking is made within 24 hours of arrival, please contact the property prior to 17:00 on the arrival date.For Pre Check-in, Guest require their Identification Document and Credit Card used to make payment for this booking. Guest will be sent a secure payment link to pay the $100 Damage Deposit using the same Credit Card used for the booking.Property will not be able to organize a late check-in if the pre-check in process is not completed by 18:00.Please note that there is a 1.5% surcharge when you pay with a Visa and Mastercard, and a 3.5% surcharge when you pay with a American Express or Diners Club credit card.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

This place is great for extended periods, being a self contained unit. I normally stay in hotels however due to last minute booking this ended up being best value.

Hotel was great overall, convenient location to walk to public transport, central shopping centre, the casino and the convention centre and skybus to get to the airport. The hotel stagg were always friendly and always working diligently when I saw them. The hotel stores bags which is convenient for early/ late flights. The room had great facilities especially for an extended stay and the room was a comfortable size for 2 people which had all the needed kitchen facilities. The gym had enough equipment for a basic workout. The only negative things were the sound from the trains could be a bit loud and unfortunately there was only one elevator working which meant waiting sometimes a long time to get up and down from your room, the hotel had maintenance people in to attempt to fix the elevator on a number of occasions amd were very apologetic so these would not be major setbacks or prevent me from staying again in the future. Overall fabulous stay!

The location of the property is exceptional and the staff are lovely. The apartments have everything you need so you can really make yourself at home.

We had the river-view suite on the 23rd floor and it's all about the view! Incredible. Our modern suite was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The position near Southern Cross Station and overlooking the river was excellent.
