Upgraded to a suite which was very nice. My third visit in a year with my son. We like the location in Melbourne as tram stop in Bourke St is short walk away as we use public transport during our stay. Will be back in July for an AFL game and will hopefully a room is available for us. And finally breakfast at the restaurant is fantastic.

This was our 2nd stay. We stayed for our anniversary this time. Staff surprised us with a personalised card, wine, chocolates, and a drink voucher. Which made it even more special for us. We love the cleanliness, comfort, location, and welcome feeling at the Sheraton. Looking forward to our next stay.

Did not appreciate the receptionist that said the total cost of my room upon checkout, I was with my partner and it was a surprise weekend, she didn’t know how much had spent and I wanted to keep it that way

The glass wall and blinds for the bathroom are inconvenient and annoying. Anyone making a trip to the loo and switches on bathroom lights, it just lights up the whole room. Either remove the glass wall or put up blocking blinds that do not create a disturbance at night for sleeping members in the room

Convenient with everything under one roof. The terraced bar was great for pre-dinner drinks. Staff were attentive and friendly.

The location is great. Parking offsite but really close so not a problem. Staff were pleasant. Complementary champagne on arrival was a nice touch. The rooms are a fair size but limited natural light as all sides are buildings thus opaque curtains blocked a lot of the light. Beds comfortable. Didn't notice there were no towels until I was in the shower!! Hand towel was a little less than acceptable for a 5star hotel at that price point. After drip drying however, the breakfast buffet is lovely with a good range. Overall a nice enough stay and good location for the function we were attending.

Good quality bed and bathroom was beautiful. Quick and quiet elevators. The staff were always so happy and friendly and helpful. The pool was so clean and relaxing. The food was delicious and kitchen so clean.

The first room we were given had very dirty windows and was shadowed by an unoccupied building next door. We asked to move rooms and this was very quickly rectified by an extremely good male receptionist.
