I didn’t like that they took $300 out of my account and won’t give it back for 10-15 days.. It’s unnecessary. I’ve been to other hotels close by which were nicer and they only took 50-100 It’s not a good practice in this day and age when people are worried about money.. apart from that a nice clean place and beautiful view!! just work out in some areas

very good, close to southerncroos, staff were good to us . Needs abit more clean with the mirror & cupboard.No handtowel, facewasher free small two bottle of water small milk provided like other hotel but we have a free breakfast good avocado toast free drinks for breaky. Staff at the cafe were very polite. Going to stay one day again in the future. Thank you

The location and price are excellent, it's a non-descript appartment in a big block of similar. Living there would be a trial as the lifts can get very busy at peak times, and the facilities likewise.

Great location, lovely pool, once I'd found it. I arrived after hours and collecting the key was easy. Bed was comfortable and perfect location for a 2 night business trip.

Fantastic location opposite Southern Cross Station and the Skybus. Easy connections on trams to everywhere - pubs, restaurants, transport etc. Check-in was simple at the cafe. The young lady there was super helpful and got us a slightly earlier entry. The unit is spacious and has a nice balcony with views over the trains across to Marvel Stadium. Good value for money. Would stay again.

The place was fantastic for a limited stay. If we were staying there longer I would except some improvements to general facilities.
