The room was clean and comfortable with a view of the park. The staff were very friendly and helpful, I had a very late check-in so I got a late check-out.

Location is in Fantastic. Flagstaff tram station is very near. Grocery shop is very near to this hotel. Overall I would say this is the best location in CBD.

- Friendly staff - Complimentary water bottles, kettle, tea, coffee, hot chocolate - Good location across from a park and not far from Central Mall shops and restaurants (5-10 minutes walking distance) - comfortable bed with four pillows - shower had good water pressure - Great price for Melbourne and quite a large room - comfortable armchair for relaxing in

Lovely hotel, very nice location directly opposite Flagstaff Gardens and station. Super friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was great, with the staff making that extra effort to cater for dietary needs. Rooms were very comfortable & represented good value for money.

All you would expect from a big chain hotel. Standard comfort. Location next to park and walkable to city and tram stops. The breakfast was excellent and the service. Everything quickly replaced when running low and tables cleared. Good continental choice.

Great location opposite train/tram station. Park-facing room was airy and pleasant, first night in back room not so but staff were helpful and happy to move us. The reception staff were consistently polite and informed, a great asset to the hotel.
