The place is in a great location, if you were going to the MCG or any of the sporting facilities or to concerts in the area it’s a great location. Like most places built when they were it is starting to show its age, but it’s clean and very tidy. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Good place to stay if you’re seeing someone at rod laver. Nice easy walk to get there. There is parking but it’s very small but it was for a country music concert so the cars in the 6 spots were bigger than your average cars in the city. Staff were super friendly and helpful

Location, staff and general facilities were fantastic … however paper thin walls and extremely noisy neighbours who were loud until 3am and then slamming doors from 6am dampened the stay! Visitors 2 floors below were disturbed by same noisy people!

The staff adjusted my booking at late notice without issue or price change. When I notified them I was bringing my daughter instead of my partner they said they'd organise single beds for us, instead they upgraded us to a 2 bedroom unit for free! I booked undercover parking but due to the size of my vehicle they couldn't accommodate it, instead they issued me with a street parking pass for the duration of my stay, even letting us remain parked past checkout so we could see the city before heading home and at a discounted rate. On top of that, all consumables in the fridge and pantry were made free for us. Excellent service.

This was a great spot for a night away. The staff were lovely and very accommodating. The only downside was that the bed was 2 singles pushed together. The beds were uncomfortable. That said, I would happily book there again

Clean, good facilities, great staff. Imogen checked us in, helpful, friendly and efficient. Other staff were just as nice.
