The location was perfect for the purpose of our stay. There is no internal access from the garage to the hotel. Our room was on the ground floor, so at road and street level. We didn't hear much noise from pedestrians or cars but the hotel must be over a trainline (or one very near by) as we could hear it rumbling through the room. We didn't mention at the time as we were only staying one night. It was clean and well appointed - with lots of mirrors!

Very large room with 2 Queen size beds, kitchenette including dishwasher. Beautiful bathroom. Felt like luxury. Close to restaurants and pubs. In a really lovely area of Melbourne. Our check in was great. As we had a lot of luggage we were given a ground floor room. When booking I was able to book one of the carspaces in the garage under the building.

The location was fantastic, and we even had luck getting a car parked out in front! Staff at reception were very helpful and the room was great. Will recommend friends/ family stay there when visiting Richmond.
