It was clean and comfortable . The staff were wonderfully helpful and delightful . The food in the dining room was excellent especially with a 10% discount.

I thought my stay would be loud as the hotel is close to a main road. This was not the case and I slept very well in the comfortable room I had. Nor did I hear any noise from the hotel downstairs itself. Parking was great and the hotel is close to a train station, so it is easy to get into town.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at the Plough Hotel. The accommodation style and modern features were different from what I’m used to, but I found it very comfortable and had one of the best nights of sleep in a long time. The room was clean, and the overall hotel maintenance was excellent. One of the highlights was the downstairs bar and restaurant, which had a fantastic atmosphere. Though I forgot to take pictures, the meal we ordered was on par with some of the best restaurants I’ve experienced worldwide.

Have stayed here a few times and find the accommodation decent and good value for when we need to stay in the area. Good location for Footscray and easy transport links to get into the CBD.
