Liked the larger room and new bathroom but the room was really dirty. Location was ok. Staff were friendly and helpful enough. Parking expensive but at least you can come and go as you need.

we stayed for the day as we were flying home that night. It was a nice hotel but to far out of the main area of Melbourne. Also it was in the middle of being refurbished which didn’t matter to much as we were only there for around 10 hours

I liked the price, the value for money and the room. It had everything I needed and was very comfortable. I also liked that there was a pool we could use, which was lovely on a warm evening.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The place was absolutely lovely—beautifully decorated and with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Everything was spotlessly clean, from the rooms to the common areas. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I’ll be back for sure!

The Location was great very easy to get to when traveling via the skybus. The staff were lovely and friendly. The room was a great size and well laid out. Trams right out front door very convenient. Short walk to Spencer street station as well which is great.
