Increadibly spacious room. Has everything you coukd need for a short or longer term stay. Smelled and look clean. Staff were lovely and helpful. Even though we couldn't get on-site parking, arrangements at nearby Pullman Centre was very convenient.

It was right on a tram line so getting around by tram was very easy. The check in was smooth. The room was spacious and was very clean. The towels were large and the bed was comfortable

Quiet room and location, convenient to public transport (tram stop almost out the front of the hotel). Secure parking available off-site, but only a short walk from the hotel. We were upgraded from a studio to a suite room. There was a nice-looking café - restaurant next to the lobby, but we did not go there as we had other plans.

We had a 1 bedroom suite on the 4th floor with a separate kitchen, big lounge /dining area, big bedroom and a large bathroom. The room served its purpose as we were out most of the days at appointments or treatment at the Alfred Hospital. The kitchen had gas hotplate, microwave, dishwasher and fridge, pots and pans, crockery, note there is no actual oven. (The wooden blinds in the kitchen really needed a clean as did on top of cupboards.) It was nice though to be able to cook meals of a night. The sofa/ fold out lounge in lounge room was a bit stained on the cushions. Tv which is in lounge area was an older model. The carpeted floors had crumbs on them especially under coffee table, carpets could probably do with a clean. The large twin beds pushed together to make a king size bed. It was very comfortable to sleep in. (There is no TV in the bedroom) . The large bathroom was off the other side of the bedroom it was cold, as the large windows in there are actually just painted out with white paint. The shower was over the bath and a bit awkward to get in and out of. The bathroom wasn't the cleanest, but they did come in again and fix that and another issue we had. There is a washing machine $4 load and dryer $1 for 15 mins on the 2nd floor to use. Dryer was out of action but was being fixed as we left. (The 2 bedroom units have a washer and dryer in the bathroom of the unit). There is an onsite cafe, run by different owners, we only had a coffee there. Reception staff were all nice and helpful. Taxi fare from Airport to hotel was about $80. Uber fare from hotel out to airport was $65.

Great service on arrival. Person at desk gave great advice on parking. Also went out of his way to direct me where to park. Asked if I needed dinner and advised where to go close by. Room was very good value, clean and tidy
