We love staying at the Pan Pacific. With every opportunity we've had to stay in the city for a night away, the Pan Pacific is our number 1 choice. Fantastic location, I love that it's away from the hustle and bustle of the CBD but still close enough to walk to. The hotel is beautiful with such classical features, and the staff are welcoming with A+ service. The rooms are stunning and so well presented, like always Pan Pacific has exceeded our expectations. Thank you !!

Regularly stay at Pan Pacific. Close to shopping and amazing restaurants. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

The first room had a food scrap and a Vape on the floor and the air con was noisy and not working properly. The staff attended to the problem quickly and had us moved to a better room, which we appreciated greatly. Disappointed that the restaurant would not accept cash as payment for breakfast.

Such a great staycation. Room was big, bed so comfy, so many extras provided. Just such a vibe loved the hotel. Complimentary late check out and free champagne as we celebrated my husbands 30th birthday. They did really well to offer those extras to make the stay a little bit extra worthwhile. Would defs stay again
