The whole unit was very comfortable and relaxing. Mattress Laura Hill was amazing and only cheap to purchase.

The apartment is clean and spacious on the 9th floor of a block. The facilities are mostly good. The kitchen is well supplied with equipment and the lounge is comfortable. It is very secure. The parking is also very good, secure and under cover. There is an outside swimming pool on the first level. Although overlooking the rail lines it is not too noisy.

For us this unit was in an excellent location - walking distance to family in Seddon, walking distance to middle Footscray station and walking distance to the cafes, pubs etc. And with a small convenience store at the entrance we were amply catered for. The unit comes with a car space but we did not use this. Access to the unit was easy with two lifts operating . Buses also run along the main road. The train is only 5 stops to Flinders Street Station. The unit itself was well presented and clean. A kitchen with dishwasher ( we didnt use ) stove, oven,( we didnt use) M/W, toaster, jug and basic utensils . A full dining table, desk, and sofa complete the living space .The fridge was awkward because of a door problem but that should be fixed by now or replaced! it didnt worry us too much as we were out with family mostly. Excellent shower in bathroom and toiletry provisions - except no hand towel provided. The bedroom had lamps and good storage but bed a bit low and soft for our taste and with the dreaded doona and no top sheet but did have extra blankets and double pillows and we slept well. A fan was provided as the a/c is only in living area. A washing machine ( we didnt use)with detergent and clothes rack -we did use ! A sunny balcony but over railway lines so noisy. Good lighting in the unit and in the corridors. The unit is double glazed .The block of units was very quiet inside. Communication with host was excellent.There is a pool but we didnt use this. We were there for family catch-up.
