Location was good, quick easy walk to tram 57, the family room is very spacious, room had 2 aircons in it, which was perfect. Beds were comfy, pillows were great. For a budget hotel it hits the spot.

The hotel is close to Victoria Market and close to the city center. The bed is comfortable to sleep. The wifi works well. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The location was great only a short walk to aldi and to the festival hall venue where the concert was. Staff were so accommodating and friendly and the room was nice and clean.
