If you do not arrive by 23:00 local time on your arrival date without previously advising the property, your reservation will be cancelled and the total cost of the accommodation will be charged.

Every three (3) days, your suite will receive an Express Service where we will make the beds with existing linen, replace towels, replace finished amenities, stack the dishwasher and empty the rubbish.For stays longer than 7 nights, your suite will receive a Full Service and be fully cleaned, including all linen changed once every seven (7) days. A valid ID must match the credit, debit or EFTPOS card upon check in.Please note that this property requires a credit, debit or EFTPOS card pre-authorisation upon booking. Please ensure your card has sufficient funds to ensure your reservation is secure. A bond is also required at check-in. The bond will be refunded upon departure. Location was great, rooms were really nice, front office staff really friendly. The STAYCAST system on the TV didn’t work very well - when you went to HDMI for chromecast it didn’t show the screen to link your device, it just showed the normal chromecast screen. You’d have to wait random amounts of time for the screen to show, could be 5 minutes, sometimes didn’t show at all. Also the aircon in the bedroom, whilst it worked well, was often quite noisy with hearing water running and the actual unit kicking in and out.

Modern, functional, facilities in room excellent, complementary products, coffee tea etc were plentiful and of good quality. Quiet. Bed great, pillows great. Made me realise I need to replace my home mattress for something firmer. Possibly a little away from dinner options for someone traveling alone. I like to wander my hotel neighborhood and this 1 is a bit spare on dining options. Trams nearby do make it easy to get to central city though and it's a quick 5 minute walk to the 35 circle tram.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Meriton. The hotel has friendly and helpful staff and modern, stylish, and well-equipped rooms. It is within walking distance of Southern Cross and Flinders St Stations and numerous tram lines. If you like to explore on foot, there is easy access to walking paths around and across the river, into the city's centre, Crown Promenade, Marvel Stadium, and to the many restaurants and venues the CBD offers.

The place is lovely and generally comfortable. However, I do find the beds too hard and the pillows no good which affects my wellbeing. Also, the mirror in the bathroom is too far away to do makeup.
