Very friendly and helpful staff. Requested a cot which was clean, safe and well made up upon arrival. Good kitchenette and clean. Place was hard to find as not well signed and tiny driveway but staff helped me find my way. Pillows also too big so uncomfortable (firm large pillow). But otherwise very comfortable stay.

The manager was very helpful. My daughter was on crutches, he helped us with the lift without being asked, and gave us an accessible room with an easy to use shower for her. Very friendly and happy to help. The room was just as described and for the price was excellent. Good location for us and secure easy parking gave me peace of mind for the rental car.

Secure underneath parking, 5 min walk to restaurants, and supermarket . Reception man was so lovely and helpful. Room was clean , quiet and felt safe
