- Very clean, well maintained and comfortable. - Location was good - within free tram zone in the city (tram station just across the road), Woolworths within walking distance, coffee shop nearby and a park in front of the property. - Free carpark per unit, which was a huge plus if getting a rental car as other properties charge carpark (starts from aud20/day) - the property management team was easy to communicate with, friendly and helped with our requests rather quickly.
