In a great spot - outside of the hustle of the city but not too far out from there either. The Comfy room was great and had enough space for me to hang up fits I wanted to wear for the day. You also get a free drink basically if you put on outside your door a little tag (abt global warning)

Good location. Friendly staff. Free lockup baggage facility on departure day. Flexible to our request to stay in a 'human only' room. Great shower pressure / rose and hot hot water. Quiet room on the 9th floor. Bed sheets well laundered.

I was surprised by the size of the room. It was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The bathroom was excellent, big and roomy. Staff were great. Yummy breakfast. It was perfect overnight stay. Will stay longer next time. great position also.

Check in and out was easy, a staff member appeared to be learning at check in. Senior staff did a great job of instructing. The room was clean. Loved the design and artwork in the room.

I thought it was excellent value for money. I will stay again. Only annoyance is lack of parking on offer. I am happy to pay for parking but there's nothing on site so had to research but got it sorted ok. Everything else is great.
