Property was clean and within a 5 min walk of Southbank. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Room was nice and clean room. Staff were friendly and helpful. Easy check in. Location close to everything. My husband and I liked the quirky elements around the place. Such as on the shower the sticker 'Get Naked!' Also the artwork and other signs around the foyer area.

Had a fabulous disabled room except for wheelchairs which I'm not so wanted more rails/support. Bed was too high but super comfortable. Clothes rail too high and drawers for undies would be good esp if couples. Struggled opening door but fire door. Bit more time for lift door. But super friendly and I'd def return
