At check in we were charged a refundable deposit as well as paying for our stay in full. Reception told us it was for potential damage or stealing items ! We were given a list of what should be in the room. When we went to room there were items small items missing, cutlery, dust pan, brush and glasses. I informed reception . They said don’t worry about that, the deposit is because some guests have put holes in the wall!! Good size rooms, good location, great view from our room, nice pool.

Amazing views and comfortable bed, bathroom soaps did not work. Carpets in hallways and windows and mirrors look dirty with marks all over them.other than that great location great staff great service.

The view was great, and location was very convenient. We asked for a high floor as we were celebrating a special occasion, and we were blown away with the view.
