Breakfast was satisfactory but was not hot. Food warmer wasn’t very efficient. Position was very hard to access due to the traffic congestion. The staff were very friendly but could have been more informative about the use of the key card.

Location was ideal for us, my wife is disabled so being in the CBD was crucial for usno lift to the car park

Location in the city centre was close to tram stop, shops, restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff.

Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very quiet considering its location. The filtered water dispenser in reception was a great find, but pity we didn't know about it until our second to last day. A bit of info in the room would have been great. We appreciated the UHT milk supplied in the fridge. Great hair dryer. The location was very good for where we had to be in Melbourne. Excellent service when checking out. A taxi was kindly ordered for us to take us to the airport and it arrived within one minute of it being booked!

The location was good, close to the QV markets and various tram stops. That’s the good, now for the not so good. The restaurant was closed for renovation but served buffet style meals in a meeting room (I didn’t eat there). The waiting /reception area was often dirty with water bottles and glasses from the drink station. The hotel itself could do with a really good scrub; the lifts have layers of dirt in the corners, the metal plates are are streaky and greasy, the corridors look like they haven’t been vacuumed in a long time. The rooms are noisy from other guests walking past or yelling from room to room. My room was generally clean, pillows are very thin and only two available.
