Excellent location. First room was decent size but needed update. No door on the shower. Toilet in constant flush mode. Fridge rattle during nighttime. Complained and given alternative room. No drawers or hanging space for clothes. Tap loose on the sink.

I was booked in for 6 nights, I fractured my foot, had only been 1 night. Jason, the concierge, refunded 5 nights accommodation. Thank you for nice welcome and I much appreciated the empathy.

Very good location for central city activities, good choice of meal places around. Very close to trams. Room was a bit small but was adequate for our needs which was just to rest at the end of the day, room was quiet from the outside and inside. The bed was not too bad.
