Great location. The property has improved with the new operators having taken over...much tidier reception, better linen, overall nicer feel about the place. Have stayed at this property for over 25 years so have experienced the highs and lows over that time. Only (minor) downside was the bathroom ceiling light not working. Will be back!

Breakfast was fantastic. We really enjoyed it, and looked forward to it the next morning. Location was great for our needs. Room was nice. Good value.

Staff are very approachable and pleasant to deal with, the beds are very comfortable, breakfast was very good and no fuss at all.

The location was very handy to the city able to park the car and get public transport. Restaurants, takeaways and milk bar around the corner. Breakfast was good staff ensured that the bay marie was refilled regularly. The main thing I liked was the staff friendly and very helpfull. We will stay again .

Pretty basic accommodation but no real complaints. Staff were very responsive and friendly before and during my stay. Convenient to public transport.

Very comfortable, warm vibe. Easy to navigate and great location. Good sized bathroom and bed facilities. Very nice breakfast provided in the morning.
