The breakfast service was great and the property was clean and comfortable and the roof top pool is fantastic.

Comfortable and quiet location, unit was very spacious and had all the facilities I needed in my trip. Just a stones throw away from Flemington racecourse, a short walk to the nearest shops and a tram stop in the doorstep that takes you straight to Queen Victoria Markets and the city centre. Host was very welcoming and happily helped out when I needed it.
