Great location, facilities are fairly basic, but most things we needed were there. The rooms are quite small, but we were only there for 2 nights, so that was fine. A really nice pub down the road (Queensberry Hotel) and a lovely cafe just across the street (Rose and Latte). Easy walk into the city.

The staff were really great. We had a problem with the air-conditioning and they were able to move us to a better room.
