Stay was nice and staffs were good but some sort of smell from the carpets in the lounge room. That can be checked and sorted for future guests.

Staff was nice and accommodating. Our particular room was not in such a good state (walls, window, ventilation, and insulation), but it was still fairly OK.. these were some minor issues we could live with.. we got one of the rooms that hasn't been renovated yet. Laundry available. Lots of ash trays outdoor, it happened that when someone was smoking outside we could feel it inside the room, which was unfortunate - the staff offered to move to another room - which we didn't do but appreciated the offer.

Likes-Good value for money, off street parking, very quiet, great bathroom, comfortable. Dislikes- unable to prepare basic meals. as per compendium guide e.g. No toaster, but had kettle and microwave, poor TV reception.

I enjoyed everything, and was particularly impressed and delighted with the room cleaning team, all of whom were warm and charming (they even chuckled at my jokes, something my family does not)

I had an issue as the close the office got an email of alloted property/ room number which already someone was staying as the office closes at 4 pm and I reached 8 pm there is no response in email and phone. There is no way to to go in the night
