Location was great - easy to find and nice places around Disliked the toilet, very easy to get wet, no way to quickly dry. No slippers provided in room, had to request them. No tooth brush provided. Staff was not as friendly as one would expect. Checkout experience was quick yet not friendly. Gym, pool and sauna close too early in the night. Can’t come back late at night to unwind.

The location of the hotel is fantastic! The tram stop is close by, as are restaurants and supermarkets. Queen Victoria Market was a 10-minute walk, and so was Melbourne Central. The beds were comfy and the room was spacious. Check-in took longer than expected as there was only 1 staff at the counter and there was a long queue. Our TV was problematic, but the hotel promptly moved us to another room & threw in complimentary drinks for the inconvenience. My only gripe would be that breakfast cost $39 per head, which I think should be complimentary given the room rates.

Covered all the basics. Clean, quiet, and easy to get around. Room was fine - good shower. I found the beds hard. Definitely will book a balcony next time - no general areas in the hotel where you can get some sun during the day. Quiet overall but it Got real busy over the weekend. Heard plenty of boozy folk around the halls and doors slamming around the 3am mark. Seemed like people were everywhere. Couldn’t really get in the pool, sauna was packed. And then everything seemed overused - toilets not cleaned in the public areas etc so a great stay mid week, an ok stay over the weekend.

Didnt choose the breakfast. Jin bar and coffee shop were great. Very little eating choices nearby except for Korean bbq. No interesting shops. Good access to trains and trams.

Best hotel experience that I’ve had. Amazing facilities and our Valet Blair was friendly, helpful and informative. All in house purchases were affordable
