Good bedroom size and the kitchen and bathroom were kept spotlessly clean. It was good to have laundry facilities too.

First time using this type of accom. Great way to stay and the location was excellent. the house was easy to access and was able to provide me car parking. The room was excellent and everything was clean and tidy. Lilly was very professional and hand everything organised.

It’s such a spacious, super clean, peaceful and relaxing place you cannot do better for the value and location. Nearby restaurants are great (eg Pub, Greek, Thai, Indian) and IGA supermarket on Malvern Rd if prefer to cook in. The bed and pillows are perfect super comfy (I’m 186 cms and beds have plenty of length) I travel all the time with work and like coming here the most. Private suite with bathroom if you want but the standard rooms and shared bathroom basically feel the same and I’ve never had a problem accessing shared bathroom which is always very clean because the other guests are similar (quiet, respectful, friendly)

This place is such a gem. The bed is one of the most comfortable I've ever stayed in. I had my own little bathroom and the place was cool and clean, with the added charm of some Japanese décor. It's quirky enough to be something a lot better than a box in a hotel, but well-equipped and quiet enough to be a perfect overnight stay for business or solo stopovers.

Always consistently a great stay at Lily's place-every super clean, quiet and comfy. Nice art deco spacious rooms, large kitchen lounge area and you don't feel like you are in a busy area. Bit of a retreat. Brief walk up the the road: plenty of restaurants.
