Loved the property would stay again, only dislike was the heating system was not working & I was very cold as well as the shower pressure could of been a lot better, I found myself running the hot water to warm up the room

the location was good, a bit out of the city so it was a lot quieter which my partner and i enjoyed. the staff were very pleasant as well. there was an issue with payment through a third party and the staff sorted this out for us very quickly. the bed was very comfortable, and the overall amenities in the room were perfect. definitely will be returning when we come back to melbourne (from sydney)

Considering the location on Kings Way (main road) the hotel room was nice and quiet. The room was a good size with a modern bathroom, great bed and balcony. Considering the cost for 4 nights the hotel was great value for money. There are some good places to go for dinner within walking distance. Good place to stay when you need to be in South Melbourne or close to the CBD and don't want to pay downtown prices.

VERY spacious room and a larger than usual bathroom. Studio apartment with balcony - had tea/coffee making facilities with sink & fridge. Everything we needed. Easy to get to bedside plugs with side tables. These little things make a difference. Was better than expected.
