Nice to have kitchenette facilities and not filling kettle in bathroom basin. Comfy bed. Enjoyed the bath. Great location to Carlton Gardens and Princess and Her Majesty's Theatres.

Convenient location for theatres, check in and check out staff were friendly and helpful. Comfortable room and surprisingly pretty quiet considering location. We would stay again for location.

Great location, quiet despite being in a busy area. Bed was very comfortable, kitchenette well stocked. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

I had to travel to Melbourne for family reasons due to a death in the family. The staff were all very helpful, supportive and friendly, especially Lilly. Lilly arranged a room upgrade upon my arrival and assisted throughout the stay. I would recommend this hotel as the staff were so friendly and the location was great being so close to restaurants and transport.

Close proximity to Princess Theatre and Chinatown Clean and comfortable Secure We were upgraded from a deluxe queen to a triple and to be honest it really did highlight how dated and tired these apartments are. The shower over bath was a safety issue as no non slip surface in bath The one and only lift was an issue as 1. Very slow and 2. The doors closed very quickly and you needed someone to hold them open or you didn’t get in! There is an effort to update and the tea, coffee and filtered water station ,near reception, was a nice touch.

The location was great for where I needed to go and a close walk to the central shopping areas too. The room was a good size and comfortable. I reserved a parking space with the hotel, which was right next to the building and not at a car park a few blocks away which can happens when staying in the CBD. Overall it was good value.

The location was excellent and I was very pleased that we were allowed to leave our car in the parking area until after our 1pm theatre show had finished
