Located in on the northern side of Melbourne city centre, City Edge North Melbourne Apartments features rooms with full cooking facilities and LCD TVs. There is a tram stop directly outside the property, which is within a 10-minute walk of both Queen Victoria Market and the Royal Melbourne Hospital.
Only 5 minutes by tram from the city centre and easily accessible from the freeway to Melbourne Airport, City Edge is only 500 metres from Royal Melbourne Hospital and 700 metres from the University of Melbourne.
Each compact yet well-appointed studio apartment has a double bed or 2 single beds, air conditioning and a private bathroom. Guests have access to shared laundry facilities. Free WiFi access is available.
The restaurants, cafés and bars of Lygon Street are within 10 minutes’ walk. Flemington Racecourse is a 15-minute drive away and it is a 10-minute drive to Melbourne Showgrounds. State Netball and Hockey Centre is only 3 km away.

Compact and well appointed studio apartment with bedding comprised of 2 single beds. It has full cooking facilities, LCD TV, air conditioning and private bathroom. Many apartments also have balconies. Please note that a full housekeeping service is only offered for stays of more than 7 nights. You can request daily housekeeping service at an extra charge. However there is a a complimentary 'Freshen Up' service provided to all guests. Guests may place their 'Freshen Up' sign on their door and housekeeping will provide clean towels, removal of rubbish and top up of in room supplies.

Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfy and the room had all the facilities and items it listed in the room ready for use and the room was relatively clean. Not too noisy to sleep there even though it's outside a main road.
