The location is so central to everything we wanted to experience food, entertainment everything was walking distance.

Very comfortable. Layout of room was disappointing could not watch TV sitting on couch. You could not watch TV whilst someone is in bed sleeping as light would disturb them.

Really helpful staff. My flight was an early morning arrival. The staff got me booked into my room much earlier than 1400 so I could get some rest

We were lucky to be able to book an extra 3 nights stay as our flight home was cancelled due to the cyclone. Thank you to Citadines on Bourke for accommodating us. We got to explore more of Melbourne from a conveniently located base.

Great location with easy access to city attractions and tram links to other areas of interest outside of the CBD. You can walk to the NGV and the tram on Bourke Street can take you to the museum or St Kilda. Great facilities in the room and staff are very helpful. Great places to eat nearby. We have stayed here many times when in Melbourne

The staff warmly welcomed me and found me a room with a view over the street instead of one facing a wall. Great bed with just the right balance of firmness and comfort. Room was large and well presented.
