It was quite a spacious stay, had all the facilities you needed in the apartment and the pool/gym was a bonus. The staff working there were very friendly. Everything was walking distance. Will definitely stay here again.

Pool was fabulous , although lights need to be switched on at 6am opening time. Kept going off when swimming at that time. Very handy to trams and handy to everything .

The conveinence of the location. The Flagstaff gardens. Spencer St station and the shopping. The city resturants and bars. Staff were very pleasent. Room is bright clean and airy. I would rebook.

Overall, average experience, where simple things could make it much better. Pool and hammam could be cleaner, standards of the room could have better finishings, especially the carpet which felt a bit gross. It's more an apartment service rather than a hotel, so you can only expect the bare minimum in terms of service.

Great location. Very spacious kitchen/ dining/ living area with balcony. Separate bedroom with comfy bed. Very nice modern bathroom. Loved the swimming pool, sauna and steam room.
