The price point and the location are great! You’re pretty much close to everything be it restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, public transport, the beach. Everything is maximum 15 minute walk. Close to the Skybus stop as well. It is a huge apartment and could easily fit 3 people. They have everything you’d need for a comfortable stay.

What I like the most is the very friendly and accomodating staff especially Mr. Lazaro he really made our stay there convenient and hassle free. Our room was really spacious and truly worth the price!

Beds are good, lots of space, all utilities in room including washing machines, dryer, large clean bathroom - could live there, Large park 2 minutes away, just about every tram goes down Fitzroy St 1 minute away, Woolworths 5 minute walk or 1 minute tram ride, St Kilda Beach 13 minute walk or 4 minute tram ride. Secure parking available

EVERYTHING, spacious, clean, close to CBD. Lazaro was exceptional & so very welcoming. My stay was awesome, I will definitely be back next time I am in Melbourne. 10+++++
