Great location and good service apartment facilities so great for our stay of 10 days. Staff friendly and hotel quiet. However, maintenance needs improvement and response to issues was non existent. For example, drainage problem with bathroom sink went 5 days without anyone fixing or even checking out. Reception staff said they would report but on 3rd follow up then said maintenance staff only attend on Wednesday and Thursday. On check out Thursday still no resolution. Did not seem to be an on-site manager. There were other maintenance issues with the room which would indicate there is no regular inspections for such issue. Simply rely on staff to report and then still not fixed.

I often stay at Adara. Good value for money, however finding each time I have stayed lately that cleanliness is not up to scratch. Lift not clean, worn carpet. Curtains and blinds need repair
