The location of the property is super convenient, within Free Tram Zone - Few steps away from the Tram Station. Property is pretty clean & Tidy! The property Manager Mr. Fab is just amazing! Explains the details about the property pretty nice. Nice guy!

Great location, close the the free trams stops (Docklands precinct), very good size apartment with all kitchen equipment, reasonable size laundry, excellent water view from the balcony.

Trams to the city close by, free and frequent! Property manager was lovely. A couple of good restaurants nearby Well equipped kitchen Lifts always easily accessible
