The customer service was outstanding, very friendly and professional team. We loved the deco and the ambiance throughout the hotel. The rooms were very clean and beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was simple but with great variety. We appreciated the late check out that we got without even asking.

Easy walk to south bank restaurants and attractions. Breakfast was great - good selection of foods and bonus for having some gluten free options. Pool was nice. Room was quiet and comfortable.

The staff were so welcoming and engaged in conversation. The staff were always asking if there was any ore they could do to make our stay better. 10/10 to your staff. They need a pay rise.

The staff at reception were very efficient and welcoming! It is a little odd reception is on level 7, but doesn't impact the experience at all. Staff at breakfast were also very welcoming! Always positive, willing to help or provide assistance, amazing!
