“Nice apartment which unfortunately was not well prepped for guests and difficult to get help”

Very easy to get the keys, the property manager (AirKeeper) will send you an email shortly before check in with a code, you just walk a few metres to the nearby convenience store, supply them with the code and they hand over the keys. Checkout equally easy, just drop off at the same convenience store. Place is same as mantra on Russell (mixed hotel apartment building) and is very well located, walkable to everywhere. Room is comfortable.

The pool was great and the apartment set up was spacious for families and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable with plenty of blankets and pillows. Great location too!
