The decor of the hotel is quaint . It has a relaxing and luxurious ambience. Our room was wonderful and the housekeeper was very attentive to every detail. The staff are very friendly, kind and a credit to the hotel. Breakfast was delicious and staff, as always, generous, thoughtful and accommodating. Had a spa day and it was truly relaxing. I literally LOVED this hotel and all its amazing staff.

Very pleasant hotel truly reflecting the term small boutique luxury hotel. A lot of personal touch from all the staff. Well designed, spacious room. Tasty dinner options at in-house restaurant with dishes inspired by various cultures of Malacca's past and present.
