I don't know where to start: the location, the staff, the breakfast, the beds, the cleanliness, the comfort, the atmosphere... everything top notch. We really enjoyed our Xmas getaway to this magical place in Megeve. The staff went above and beyond to help us by recommending us what to do & see during our stay. Laureen, Benjamin, Oscar and the rest of the team were so great. You rarely find so thoughtful and considerate staff. The rooms were nice, I would prefer better light in the bath to do my make up properly but that's fine, I managed. Beds super comfortable, the heat was great, the soundproof of the rooms too, can't find a fault. Hopefully when we go back to Megeve we will make sure to book there again. thank you guys, we had a great time.

Breakfast great! Location was exceptional! The staff were particularly helpful, friendly and still very professional. Especially Sistine and the young gentleman that helped me check in.

Luxury hotel run by a family group who also owns a few properties in Megeve, the free breakfast is very good quality.

A lovely hotel in the center of Megeve. The old style furniture in the rooms create a charming atmosphere. Very good spa and excellent breakfast with a variable choice. We stayed with the baby, and the personnel of the hotel provided all necessary equipment for us - very appreciated.

Breakfast was perfect, a large range of options, peaceful and very friendly serving staff. Very good quality food. All staff at the hotel couldn’t do more for my family. So friendly and accommodating - so sad to leave. Such a central location!

Staff was amazing. Couldn't have been more helpful or friendly. Fab location. The bathroom in our room needs updating. Shower not great but there was not a single other thing to fault! The hotel was closing for the end of the ski season the day we left. We were never rushed - in fact, the opposite even though we were the last ones in the hotel whilst waiting for our airport transfer. We were made to feel very welcome and taken care of right up to the very moment we left. We will definitely be back - but hopeful that the bathrooms will get a much needed update before then!
