The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly, they were kind and polite. Also at the restaurant, staff was caring, Florian recommend nice dishes and he was always friendly and polite with us. Iris from the kids club was very nice and caring with the children!! The Hotel location and the hotel is very beautiful.

Stuff was amazing! They helped us in every possible way with anything pre and during the stay: booked us chauffeur to and from Geneva, ski instructor, lunch reservations and anything else needed.

Hotel architecture and facilities were very good. Staff were always helpful. Having a shuttle to city center and ski lift was a big advantage. Staff helped us a lot to make our dinner reservations and they came up with good recommendations.

Super comfortable and quaint boutique hotel with chalet-style decor. Family room was very large and comfortable, perfect to come back to after a day of skiing. Breakfast was excellent with beautiful room and stunning view.

We were very satisfied by our stay at the hotel. We got an upgrade to an amazing suite with a wonderful view which we really enjoyed. The personnel was very polite and always their to assist. The food was good as well as the facilities. The shutllte service of the hotel was a bonus surprise as we could go to the center of Megeve and back very easily and never had to wait more than 5 minutes. Overall i would strongly recomend the the hotel!!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The complimentary shuttle service to the city was a fantastic and convenient surprise, making our trips so much easier. The view from the breakfast hall was absolutely stunning, and it added a luxurious touch to our mornings. The spa was excellent, offering a relaxing atmosphere, and the rooms were modern, comfortable, and well-equipped.

Wonderful hotel, beautiful people (staff). Management (Celine) a lovely lady was attentive and caring and great to talk to. Hotel shuttle service to and from the villlage, which was a fabulous plus. All Drivers especially (Carlos) were very thoughtful and helpful. The rooms were serviced every day (including Christmas Day). Lovely people undertaking the servicing and thorough. Stunning hotel. Wonderful views. The friendliest staff. Decor is beautiful and immaculate. So clean. We had an amazing suite, with Christmas tree, looking out over the mountains and pretty village. One of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in and definitely the best room!
