We just had a wonderful stay at Villa Anna and we are so pleased with everything. Villa Anna is perfectly located with a fantastic view overlooking the sea and with a very personal and relaxing feeling. The apartment was nice decorated and perfectly cleaned everyday. Warm welcoming from our so nice host Ioanna who gave us a nice time with very interesting and helpful information about the island and Villa Anna. Thank you Ioanna for everything We will come back!

Location very close to the city center and beach. The host, Ioanna, biggest like, she rises the value of the villa very high, she is awesome. Nice space around the villa, beautiful garden.

An amazing vacation, in an amazing place, with a view that 's worth millions. We couldn't pick-up a better accommodation for spending a week on the wondeful island of Skiathos. The amenities were great, the room and bathroom were beautifully decorated and equipped with all the necessities and more, also all was cleaned every day and the bed line and towels were changed more often than necessary. The location of Villa Anna is one of the best: 5-6 minutes walk to Megali Ammos beach, 3-4 minutes to bus stop no.4 and 10-15 minutes of strolling through the beautiful narrow greek streets til the old port. Absolutely we cannot forget Ioanna, the most wonderful and kind host în all our travels, who was always helpful and ready to assist and just as great as the others described her. We 're dreaming to come back to Villa Anna!

Ioanna is a very passionate host, has attention to details and she'll make sure you'll have everything you need and feel like home. She also gave me useful information along with the island map. I loved the view on the terrace, the fact that the villa is situated 1 min from bus stop, 5 min to town center and shops. The room was very clean, everything neat and comfy, had a Nespresso machine, fridge, kettle, swim towels and everything you need. I felt very welcomed and was beyond my expectations! I'll definitly come back!!

Good location for beach, walks to town, bus stop, bike hire etc. Well equipped kitchen with an oven too and details often missed elsewhere eg. sharp knife, chopping boards etc. Shower room was new, not a cheaply 'refitted' old one as in many greek studios. Ioanna was very nice, knowledgeable and helpful but not intrusive.

The position of Villa Anna is great: it’s in front of Megali Ammos beach and close to Skiathos’ city centre (by foot 10/15 min to the port), but in a quieter area. It is also close to bus station 4, from which you can get to all the beaches of the south. About the building itself, we loved the amazing view of the sea, the thriving garden all around, and the backyard, which was so cozy. The room was huge, well equipped and comfortable, with cute little details such as fish-shaped lamps and vase. Last but not least, the host Ioanna was the greatest: as soon as we arrived, she greeted us kindly and she offered to give us some advice on the activities to do (which were super), and on where to eat and so on. She was so attentive, for example she left us a bottle of water in the fridge and an umbrella when the weather was rainy, she also accompanied us to the airport to say goodbye. For all these reasons, I really reccomend this place, one of the best we have ever stayed at; we loved Skiathos, and one of the reason was Villa Anna for sure! Grazie infinite

Perfect location. Amazing view from the balcony. The room was very comfortable with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing stay. Ioanna was so helpful and kind. I was able to check in early and check out late to fit in with plans. I will definitely be rebooking. Thank you Ioanna.

This is probably the cosiest place we stayed at so far during travels! Ioanna is an extremely nice and kind person! She let us check in a couple of hours earlier, marked for us the best places on the map based on the number of days we were staying on the island and was so kind and helpful during our whole stay! I cannot thank her enough! She creates such a warm atmosphere in the villa and makes guests feel like home. The villa itself is perfectly situated, with a great sea view and a walk-distance to the bus stop and city centre, which is very convenient. The room had everything we needed + kitchen with all the utensils to cook your meals and was cleaned every day. We were amazed by the level of detail in the room. Ioanna has a huge collections of books you can grab and take on the beach, there is an umbrella for a beach, another one for rain, iron board. Apart from the room, there is a beautiful backyard where you can relax or have tea/coffee. When we were leaving, Ioanna gave us a notebook as a gift, with a picture of the sea view from the villa, which was so sweet! To sum it up, choosing this villa for our stay was the best decision we could make. This will definitely be the place we will stay the next time we come to the island, because this is the place where you feel so welcomed and can always have a great chat with Ioanna over a cup of tea. ioanna is great and really helpful. You have a cleaning service daily, should you want it. They leave beach towels for you, you have everything you need to be self sufficient, and even a tap to wash sandy feet! Definitely stay again!! 😁 (Beds are VERY comfortable)!!
