Service staffs are good. Expecially Francis who gave us detailed information on how to go about the places. He is friendly n nice young man . Kitchen staff are also veey nice

Very friendly and competent Team. Everything went quickly at check in and without any problems. Spacious room on first floor with balcony . Very silent place. Perfect location- 5 minutes walk to the St James Church. Good breakfast. Enough place for parking. I do recommend this hotel. If we come again we want to stay in this hotel. Many Thanks to the Team.

Fantastic staff at the reception and the restaurant. We arrive very early and were able to get straight into our room. We had a traditional Bosnian meal, which was very good and the waiter was fantastic.
