1. Location was very convenient, a 3 minute walk to haram 2. The breakfast was lovely! Variety was immense, food was fresh and cleanliness was top notch. We especially appreciated the live kitchen too! Huge props to the management for serving Suhoor and Iftar for all days of Ramadan. 3. Special thanks to Abdul Rahman Tuhjoman for introducing to us the hotel and ensuring a pleasant stay, and Shiham and Rakib from housekeeping for the consistent help. 4. Facilities were great, WiFi was fast and the room view to haram was delightful.

Absolutely beautiful hotel and location x staff were very friendly and kindly gave me a free upgrade to a deluxe quad room 😀 Breakfast was amazing too always a variety of choices every morning. Definitely will be coming back to this hotel insha allah 🙏

The property is very nice and clean. Mainly the service of the staffs were awesome, to be very specific the house keeping staffs named Md Masud Rana and shorufuddin and the bell boy Omar Faruk were very very friendly and helpful and cooperative. I would love to recommend this hotel to everyone coming to madina.

Break fast was good, location of hotel also near to Haram, and cleanliness was good especially the cleaning manager was good and any request made to him , he instructed in-charge person to immediately attend the request

View al madinah was great, clean and comfortable. The staff were great too especially Shiham. buffet was very nice too. The only complaint is the hot water in the shower is either super hot or cold. I couldn’t get it to be warm

My stay was exceptional from starting to finish. The room attendant Rashed and Opu went above and beyond, providing attentive service and ensuring all of my needs were met especially housekeeping supervisor Abdul Hamid and his team were so cooperative, gladsome and joyous as a guest expect. The staff in general were incredibly kind and always available to assist with any requests. Moreover the room was spotless, neat and clean and meticulously maintained , making my stay more comfortable. One of the most important highlights of this hotel is its prime location just a stone's throw away from the Maszid Nabawi. The convenience of being so close made my experience even more special. The hotel is also near gate 365 offering easy and direct access to the mosque. I highly recommend the hotel for anyone looking for a welcoming and well appointed stay in close proximity to Maszid Nabawi.
