We stayed at Taiba Suites Madinah during our long trip to Makkah and Madinah, opting for an apartment instead of a hotel room to recreate the comforts of home. The location is perfect—right behind the Prophet’s Mosque. Staying here allowed us to enjoy continuous sensory engagement with the mosque, creating an unforgettable imprint on our memory. Its placement also made it easy to explore the ever-changing food landscape nearby and minimize our time spent buying gifts because everything was right there. It’s hard to imagine a better location for a stay in Madinah. Housekeeping: Responsive and Reliable The housekeeping team was excellent, with Atikurr Rahman Shah standing out for his responsiveness and presence on the floor. He ensured everything was clean, organized, and tailored to our needs. His proactive approach and constant availability added a layer of comfort that we truly appreciated. Front Desk: Exceptional Service The front desk at Taiba Suites was the best we encountered in all our Makkah and Madinah trips. Khalid went above and beyond, providing rare service excellence by being transparent, following up on requests, and making things happen without any hassle. Raghad’s attentive listening and engaging approach ensured everything was handled perfectly on the first try. Their professionalism, warmth, and genuine care set a high benchmark for hospitality. A Tip for Future Guests When booking, be sure to clarify your specific needs. Apartments here aren’t one-size-fits-all; configurations vary, and your experience might depend on the unit you get.
