I initially booked two nights at this property, but due to a change in my son’s flight plans, I needed an additional night during a peak period. Mustafa, the owner, was incredibly accommodating and managed to arrange a room for us on the same floor, which was such a relief. This property offers excellent value for money and stands out for its exceptional customer service. Mustafa and his assistant, Rayhan, are approachable, friendly, and go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The accommodation itself is spacious, clean, and thoughtfully equipped. They provide ample bottled water, tissues, fresh towels, and other essentials, which adds a lovely touch of convenience. For transportation, a taxi to Haram’s underground car park costs just 15 riyals each way, and I found it much easier to book directly through Mustafa, as Uber and Careem wait times can be quite long during busy periods. I would definitely return to this property and highly recommend it. It’s especially ideal for those travelling with their own car. In fact, it would be even more enjoyable to come back as part of a larger group to fully appreciate the space and comfort this property offers. A big thank you to Mustafa and Rayhan for their hospitality—looking forward to staying here again!

I recently stayed at alaqeeq apartments (Medinah) for 4 days, and my experience was absolutely wonderful. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, but what truly made my stay exceptional was the service provided by the housekeeping staff, especially Mr. Rayhan & the owner of the apartment. (very polite and good human being) Their attention to detail, promptness, and genuine care for guests' comfort were remarkable. They went above and beyond to ensure my room was always in perfect condition and catered to my needs with a smile. It's rare to find such dedicated individuals, and their efforts made my stay truly memorable. Thank you for your outstanding service. I highly recommend this apartments to anyone visiting Medinah.

I stayed first time in furnished apartment. It was very peaceful and comfortable stay more than a 4 star hotel. All kitchen utensils were provided. Special thanks to staff Rehan. Overall my stay in this apartment was amazing.

The location is not far by taxi from the mosque. parking is possible on the street. Owner was not spreaking english well enough.

I like the hospitality of Mustafa who entertain us during our stay in Madinah. The apartment provided a transport to and from the Haram as well as the ziarah around Madinah with a decent price. They also provided a transport to the Haramain train station.
