I like that it was just a 10 min walk to the Haram entrance for Men & Women's Gates. The rooms were very comfortable. The staff were very helpful. The location was really good. I would definitely stay again if they can make sure there's enough hot water for showering.

On the positive side, the location is excellent—just a short walk from Masjid Nabawi, which made it very convenient for prayers and visits to the mosque.

The cleanliness was on point...even it was a busy days at hotel but they maintained their hygiene...amazingly near to Haram...InshaAllah will visit again

Location of this hotel is good for families , It takes about 4-5 minutes to reach Masjid Nabwi's gate. There is a restaurant inside the hotel which has good food with reasonable prices. The food can be ordered in the room also.We tried the chicken biryani, mutton biryani , broast and fish & fries , which were extremly good. Furthermore, the hotel's location affords easy access to various dining establishments, including international chains such as Pizza Hut and McDonald's, as well as local favorites like Albaik and numerous Asian food options. The central Madinah food court is also within reach, offering an expanded range of culinary choices. Guest comfort is prioritized with generously sized beds. The hotel provides basement parking; however, availability may vary.All the staff at reception are very good & courteous.
