As always, everything from check-in to services during my stay was excellent. Great size rooms, clean and spacious. Shuttle service was available through out my stay and amended accordingly to meet all prayers. Staff were friendly and helpful at all times

Excellent service from the check-in to the service we were given upon arrival and during our stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. Shuttle service amend to suit the prayer times during ramadan 🙏

Break was very good. Location was far to travel to Masjid al Haram, Hotel shuttle have limited timing (i e 3/4 times a day)

Professional staff, really good breakfast with variety of choices. Clean spacious room and shuttle bus to the Masjid Alnabawi always on time.

The rooms were very spacious, bigger than most hotels we were looking at. Breakfast was good and staff were always so helpful. The shuttle bus was convenient to have too. We used it quite a lot.
