Mr. Amer Fayyadh at the reception counter was simply fantastic 👌. He made us feel comfortable and was very polite. The food also was very delicious and we had a lot of varieties.

The location was absolutely perfect, being very close to the ladies' gate. It gave me a sense of peace and convenience, as I didn’t have to rush to the Haram. The food was decent—not extraordinary, but there was always something available to fill our stomachs. One evening, we had dinner at the hotel, and it was quite good. The surrounding area was highly convenient, with shops and food places nearby, making it easy to access essentials without any hassle. For me, the location alone makes this hotel stand out as the best choice.

Exceptional stay at the hotel. They gave us adjoining / connecting rooms, and the rooms themselves were clean and comfortable. Buffet breakfast had a lot of variety and was good overall. The staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. Lifts were quickly available without waiting long. The location was very close to Masjid al Nawabi.

The location is very close to the Haram. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was excellent with adequate variety. Very quick access to the rooms as 8 lifts are available.
