The view to the prophet peace be upon him mosque, when I asked my ac wasn’t working they sent someone straight away to my room, the reception staff male and female were professional and responsive, thanks to all of them

Helpful staff. Great location, 6 minutes walk to Prophet's Masjid. Room and bathroom were spacious.
